Owner & Primary Investigator
A Virginia law-enforcement and investigations professional with experience in patrol, complex investigations, covert operations, regulatory enforcement, tactical response, and fraud-related casework.
Professional Background
I founded Commonwealth Protection and Investigation to provide clients with a professional, discreet place to turn when facts matter. I served as a police officer and later as a Special Agent for the Commonwealth of Virginia, building practical experience in patrol, complex criminal and administrative investigations, covert surveillance, undercover operations, compliance and regulatory enforcement, accident investigation, and financial and fraud-related investigations.
My law-enforcement background also includes tactical operations and SWAT assignments, high-risk enforcement activity, evidence collection and preservation, interviews, report preparation, court and administrative testimony, and coordination with local, state, and federal partners. Those responsibilities taught me to remain composed in fast-moving situations, evaluate information from multiple sources, protect critical details, and communicate findings clearly.
That experience reinforced a principle that guides every CPI assignment: investigative work must be lawful, objective, carefully documented, and respectful of the people involved.
Whether a client needs surveillance, background research, assistance locating an individual, civil or fraud-related fact development, attorney support, or security consultation, I begin by understanding the objective and defining an appropriate scope. Clients receive straightforward communication and organized findings—not assumptions, exaggeration, or promises of a predetermined result.
